Quotes and Pricing

  • Estimates provided over the phone, through our website, or in writing are based on the information available at the time and are subject to change after an in-person inspection.
  • Final pricing will be confirmed before work begins. Additional charges may apply for parts, labor, after-hours service, or complications discovered during the job.
  • We are not responsible for pricing errors on the website and reserve the right to correct them.

Appointments and Scheduling

  • Appointments are scheduled based on technician availability. While we aim to arrive within the confirmed time window, delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or prior jobs running long.
  • Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property and equipment being serviced.
  • Cancellations or rescheduling should be communicated as early as possible. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in a service fee.

Payment Terms

Warranties and Guarantees

  • Manufacturer warranties on equipment and parts are subject to the manufacturer’s own terms and are not guaranteed by NexFixer beyond what is stated at the time of installation.
  • Damage resulting from misuse, lack of maintenance, unauthorized repairs by third parties, or acts of nature is not covered under any warranty provided by NexFixer.

Customer Responsibilities

By booking a service, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your AC unit, property, and the issue you're experiencing
  • Ensure safe access to the work area for our technicians
  • Disclose any known hazards on the property
  • Make payment in accordance with the agreed terms

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NexFixer is not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website
  • Pre-existing conditions of your HVAC system not caused by our work
  • Delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (weather, supply shortages, third-party equipment failure, etc.)

Our total liability for any claim related to our services will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
